StrongHER: Teen Girls Strength & Wellness Programme StrongHER is a unique gym-based programme designed to help teenage girls build both physical strength and mental resilience in a supportive, empowering environment. This course goes beyond traditional fitness. Alongside learning how to train safely and effectively in the gym, participants will develop a healthier relationship with their bodies, gain confidence, and learn practical tools to manage everyday challenges such as stress, social pressure, and self-esteem. Across the programme, girls will be guided through structured strength training sessions, while also exploring key topics including nutrition, body image, social media influence, and mental wellbeing. Every session is designed to be engaging, age-appropriate, and focused on building long-term healthy habits—not quick fixes. StrongHER creates a space where girls can feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to grow—physically and mentally—at their own pace.
