Get ready for an electrifying day of strength, grit, and world-class lifting at the Bear Strong Deadlift Championships. This event will be judged under official strongman standards, following Official Strongman / Giants Live–style rules to ensure a fair, exciting, and professional competition experience.

Athletes will face a rising bar deadlift format, with each flight working progressively heavier weights. Deadlift suits and straps are fully allowed, keeping the competition aligned with authentic strongman deadlifting protocol.

We will be awarding trophies across all categories, with divisions for Men and Women—and depending on entry numbers, we will also include Masters and Juniors categories for both. The more athletes who sign up early, the more precise and efficient we can make the flights, scheduling, and overall event flow.
